I DO NOT share any personal details such as
email address, telephone number etc. with any third parties and this
information will only be used to contact you, the customer.
All transactions online are secure and are made through the
PayPal facility. Please visit their website for detailed information.
Copyright:
All images, photos, drawings, logos etc. are copyright of
Jules Watson.
Downloading images, taking screen prints, reproducing or
using these images in any format will Infringe UK Copyright Law. If you wish to
use an image please obtain permission in writing from the artist.
UK Delivery:
I aim to package all artwork securely and appropriately in
order that it survives the postal journey.
In the first instance, most orders are sent out either via Royal
Mail Standard 1st or 2nd
class service. Some orders require signed for Delivery Services such as
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery. You will be notified of this
prior to purchase. Private couriers may also be used in certain circumstances.
Proof of Postage is obtained for all of the above Royal Mail
Services.
Overseas Delivery:
All artwork shipped overseas will carry additional charges.
Airmail is uninsured and Airsure is tracked and insured. These are the most
frequently used services.
Refunds:
A refund of the purchase price will only be given if the item
is faulty. If it has been damaged in transit, you must
contact me within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods in order for me
to email you a copy of the Proof of Posting. You will then be solely responsible
for seeking compensation from the appropriate Postal Service.
NB
Custom-made items, commissions and personalised orders are non-refundable as due
to their very nature, cannot be resold.
NB Sending glazed artwork through the postal service in the
UK is uninsured and considered a restricted item for carriage. You will not be
able to claim compensation if it is damaged on receipt. Therefore you accept
all risks in totality. Please consider this when purchasing glazed artwork.
Missing/undelivered/damaged goods:
If you have not received your order within a reasonable
period of time, please contact me. I will email you a copy of the Proof of
Postage or the receipt from the Post Office/courier after which you will need
to obtain and complete a claim form for the aforementioned goods. In the first instance, the courier or postal service is
responsible for the delivery of your order and therefore you must initiate all
inquiries and claims. You must report all problems regarding your order within 24 hours of receipt. I will always endeavour to ameliorate any problems customers may encounter.
Personalisation of art:
Refunds cannot be applied to personalised art. All spellings of words and names must be checked by the customer prior to submitting an online order. Changes cannot be made once the order has been submitted. Payment must be received in full before work is undertaken.
Giclée Prints
These are professionally printed and made to order by a specialist British company. Printed on Fine Art Portrait White 285gsm 100% cotton rag paper. As they are printed on demand despatch times may be slightly longer.
